Omy Laboratoires specialises in bespoke skincare using advanced AI diagnostics to tailor custom serums and creams. The ethos of Omy is grounded in the belief that there is no such thing as perfect skin. Rather, it's about one's unique skin, which undergoes changes with the seasons, stressors, and time.
Montreal and Los Angeles-based brand and creative studio Wedge transformed the brand with a brand strategy by defining a new platform - "Customised Skincare Formulated to Evolve With You," and focused on evolving the brand identity and packaging design to reflect Omy's customised skincare approach.

Typefaces in Use
Wedge designed a circular, refillable capsule system for their custom products. Housed in a sleek glass jar, the PCR capsule is free of metal springs and is 100% recyclable. This consistent use of a master capsule across the entire custom line simplifies operations.
The visual system features a unique code where numbers and colours connect to an index of key benefits and the corresponding active ingredients. This systematic approach treats skincare as a science, simplifying the skincare process. This visual system serves as a consistent guide, facilitating users in navigating the base family of products according to their desired effects and purposes.
Within the overall system, the bespoke logo stands out as a key element conveying an approachable and gentle tone that contrasts with the clear and reassuring grid system. Set in a black weight, the logo provides legitimacy and introduces a fashionable element, uncommon for a lowercase mark. Using typography and colour balances integrity and rigour with care and warmth, where science remains a constant.
