In response, TWIST crafted an editorial-inspired look and feel that merges the realms of consulting and online publishing. This strategic approach provided a platform for presenting Untangld's thought-provoking insights and compelling case studies, all challenging conventional wisdom.

One of the goals for the website was to establish a direct connection between the thinking and the individuals responsible for it. Departing from the traditional anonymity of agency teams, TWIST took a deliberate step in creating individual bio profiles for each team member. These profiles serve as a library of their insights and thinking, enabling the agency to acknowledge and showcase each team member's distinctive perspectives. With this approach, TWIST celebrates the diversity and richness characterising Untangld as a collective of problem-solvers.

To make certain abstract concepts more approachable, TWIST commissioned a series of illustrations that aligned with the subject matter of each article. These illustrations encompassed various styles, infusing the content with visual depth and richness.

The website aimed to convey an editorial look and feel while portraying Untangld as a dynamic and innovative agency. To accomplish this, TWIST partnered with developer Andrew Cunneen to create an immersive and engaging user experience. In addition to the visual aesthetics, they significantly emphasised the website's functionality. Their commitment to seamlessness and intuitiveness extended to the site's functional components, including navigation and incorporating features that enhance the overall user experience, making it enjoyable and memorable.

In addition to the website, TWIST conducted a comprehensive review and refresh of Untangld's brand assets. This encompassed the introduction of a new typeface, refreshing the colour palette and establishing a visual language that reflects the website's overall look and feel. In tandem, TWIST worked with illustrator Seb Agresti to develop a collection of illustrations that mirror Untangld's personality and ambition.
