Columbus and New York-based creative studio Studio Freight worked with RRE’s core team to refresh their brand and digital experience, positioning the firm for its next chapter.

The rebrand is anchored in the concept of “rrepeat success”, a belief that success is not something that just happens, but something that can be made to happen repeatedly, even through changes in leadership, economic cycles, technology waves, and market opportunities. Their mantra now sits front and centre: “We don’t build companies, we build up those who do.”
Studio Freight preserved RRE’s retro sensibility but refined it. A deeper blue anchors a palette that feels both grounded and elevated. Custom dithering effects layer bitmap textures onto photography, merging a sense of heritage with technological modernity. To ensure consistency, the studio also developed a browser-based dithering tool that allows the RRE team to create on-brand visuals across all touchpoints.
The website experience is layered yet intuitive, with plenty of thoughtful design details. An icon system draws inspiration from early computing, bitmapped textures reference the early internet, and unexpected graphic elements make the work feel cared for. Information is clearly presented, from exited seed investments to areas of investment and investor backgrounds, making RRE’s story easy to explore.
